Dress#14 - Comfort

As previously mentioned the fall Tweed Ride is approaching. Here is my dream outfit for the occasion. Most of these pieces are so far out of my price range it's laughable, but it's okay to dream. You too can dream up your tweed ride outfit (or any outfit) at http://www.polyvore.com.
Tweed Ride 2010
Dress #14 - it's warm yet again in Sacramento, too warm for fun sweaters and layers.
So I made do with some knee high socks, criss-cross strap heels, and my simple knit empire waist dress (my go-to dress for lazy comfortable days around the house or over a bathing suit at the river).

Dress: Hollister, $8 at Crossroads
Shoes: Some store in the mall, I've worn them so much the brand is gone, they weren't very expensive or well made, but they're really comfortable and pretty cute (except for the fact they're falling apart)
Socks: Target
Scarf: Hand-me-down

Also, I have to wish one of my most faithful readers a Happy Birthday!
Sayuri, I hope your 21st year is the best yet!

That is so sweet of you to make someone's birthday so special. How did you know about her birthday?

I loved your collage and your outfit even more. Wish toronto was as warm for me to dress like this right now.

On another note, I am here via an IFB forum and would love for us to stay in touch. How would you feel about following and/ or doing a link exchange with my blog?

Please let me know because I would be more than happy to return the favor. :)

Love from Toronto, Canada

Thanks friend :) I love the ensemble! I am seriously loving all the leg wear accessories as of recently! Cute knee high socks, they really make the outfit look so awesome!

You are really inspiring me to wear dresses....step one will be to actually BUY a dress. I adore you and your fashion savvy ways.

Sorry for trashing up the page...I was trying to post a URL and it didn't work.
But hey, I like the idea of doing homework together. I can get almost anywhere by 3:30. Want to meet somewhere on Monday afternoon?

Yes, we should totally get together sometime next week and practice. I have class until four on Mondays/Tues, so after four works for me.

I vote for Monday at 4:30. Just tell me where.
