Dress #9 - Confidence

In a few hours I'll be sitting in the Graduate Record Examination. Today, I need confidence, poise and grace.
This Gap dress had been sitting in my closet waiting for mending, so I busted out the needle and thread and donned my confidence dress. My little sister gave me this dress, the shoes are teal pumps from Urban Outfitters I picked up for $10. I thought, "Who wears teal pumps?" turns out, I do! All the time. I love these shoes. They punch up even the most mundane of outfits.

I love lavender.
Now, I feel like I can take on the world.

lovin' the shoes! But the dress seems a little plain for the Melody. I hope you do awesome on the GRE!!!

I love this dress on you! Those sleeves make me green with envy.

Also, I'm sure you'll smash that GRE to bits!

yeah, I do love the sleeves. I actually chose this dress today because it's more neutral than a lot of my dresses. I wanted something that I felt comfortable in, but still looked professional. The length is great, it's light weight... it's a really good fit.

i like this one a lot. i think it's good that it's a little plain because you can really dress it up with some fun accessories. definitely keep it! (or if not...i call dibs.)

I am sitting atop of high rise hotel in Africa, waiting for my burger to arrive and looking at your blog. LOVE It! I love this dress on you as did all my friends I am with, including a very fashion savy French girl. We all say keep it.
