Two reasons to visit the Sacramento Bike Kitchen

I've been telling myself to get over to the Sacramento Bike Kitchen for a while now and here are some great reasons to go.

1) I figured out their hours;
Sun - Closed
Mon - Closed
Tues - 6-9 p.m.
Wed - 6-9 p.m.
Thur - 6-9 p.m.
Fri - 10-2 p.m.
Sat - 12-4 p.m.

2) They have a brakes class coming up and that's what I need to learn how to fix!
The class is Sunday, June 6 from 3 to 4:30 at 1915 I Street in Sacramento

The Bike Kitchen is a volunteer-based non-profit bike shop, which helps people fix their own bikes for a nominal shop fee. They love bikes and want to empower anyone to fix and maintain their bikes.

So, since i have several bikes needing some work, I'm going to head over there one of these nights and take advantage of this great organization.

you'd love Minneapolis - huge bike culture here, even through the winter.
